What costs are included in a DDP quote? Are there any hidden fees?

Our DDP quotation covers China export customs, ocean freight, Canada duty & GST, clearance fee and final delivery. All items are listed clearly in quotation. Only actual extra costs like customs inspection or storage will be charged separately with prior notice.

Which goods are not allowed to be exported to Canada via the DDP channel?

Hazardous goods, flammable items, counterfeit products and goods without Canadian compliance certification cannot be shipped. For sensitive goods such as aluminum products, furniture and kitchenware, please confirm the declaration plan with us before shipment.

Where can I track the location of my shipment?

After order creation, enter your tracking number on our website “Shipment Tracking” page to view full logistics status, including loading, sea transit, customs clearance and local delivery.

What is the process for filing a claim if goods are damaged or lost during transit?

Please inspect your cargo upon receipt. For damaged or lost items, submit photos and order documents for claim application within 48 hours. We will assist you with insurance claim process.

What should I do if my goods are subject to customs inspection?

We have local offices in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto. Our team will follow up during inspection and submit documents to customs to minimize detention. All actual inspection charges will be notified to you.

You may send us the commodity name, weight/volume and destination address via email or social media. Please send your information to our mailbox: **admin@md-express.com**. We will calculate the cost and issue a formal quotation by email. After quotation confirmation, we will arrange cargo pickup and loading. Please verify your delivery address (Vancouver / Calgary / Toronto) before placing the order.

What customs clearance documents are required for exporting from DDP to Canada?

Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading are required. Certificate of origin or product compliance certificates may be needed for certain goods. Our local Canada customs team will pre-review all documents to reduce inspection risks.

What is the process for handling one-stop shipping from overseas warehouses?

Your goods are received and stocked in our Canada warehouse. Once orders are generated, our team completes picking, packing, labeling and local delivery. You can check inventory and order status online.
